Whats in my Make up Bag?

Hey guys! Hope you all had an amazing week I know I did,
Being a nosey person I always like to have a look through other peoples make up bags so I thought you might too! Its always a great way to discover new amazing products and see what other people recommend. Hope you enjoy!

So here is my make up bag. Its from Ted Baker, In large because lets face it I need to store a lot. I don't think they sell this particular bag anymore but they still have some similar. This is always the make-up bag I use when traveling because I can always fit in everything I need. 

Foundation

This one is always a staple in my make-up bag. Over the years I have tried many different foundations from drug store to high-end, And I can safely say without doubt that Dior Air flash is the best foundation I have ever tried! Now admittedly it is on the pricy side but if you're looking for a special occasion foundation or you feel like treating yourself I would defiantly recommend Air flash. The finish is somewhere between dewy and matte with medium build-able coverage.

Concealer

Like foundation I feel I have tried every concealer known to mankind, At the moment I am loving the Nars concealer I use the shade Chantilly to highlight my under eye area.The issue I always have with concealer is under eye creasing but I can safely say that Nars have magically combated the issue with this concealer.

Mascara

My current favourite mascara is Benefit's They're real! As you can tell I've had mine for a while, This mascara gives awesome length and volume and is very long lasting. The only thing I do not like about this mascara is how difficult it is to remove so I would defiantly recommend buying the "They're real remover" as it seems to be the only product capable of removing this mascara.

Bronzer

My staple bronzer is always Benefit's Hoola, I like It Because it has a natural matte finish and it's really easy to blend. I find a lot of bronzers have an orange tone to them which doesn't look good on me.

Eyelashes

I always keep a set of eyelash's on hand just in case. My favourite pair are by Eyelure and they are number 143, They are really good quality and I get about 3-4 wears out of them. P.s I'm wearing them in the first picture.

Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hey guys! Hope you all had an amazing Christmas and a very happy new year! As it is still the season of indulgence I had to whip up a batch of my scrumptious double chocolate cookies. 

They are super easy to make and super delicious to eat, So heres what your 
gonna need...

Ingredients

150 grams soft unsalted butter 
125 grams soft light brown sugar 
100 grams caster sugar

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 

1 egg (fridge-cold)

1 egg yolk (fridge-cold) 

300 grams flour 

½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 

1x large Bar of Galaxy cookie crumble chocolate / Your favourite chocolate bar

First you'll need to pre-heat your oven to 170°C/325°F and line you're baking tray with non stick baking paper.

Melt the butter and let it cool slightly, Put the brown and white sugar in a bowl add the butter and mix together.

Add in the vanilla extract and 1 egg and beat until the mixture is light and creamy.

Slowly mix in the flour and Bicarb soda until well combined, Then fold in your chocolate chunks.

Scoop the cookie dough onto you're baking sheet leaving around a 8cm/3inches gap between each cookie. I tend to use an ice cream scoop to measure my cookies but you can use whatever works best for you!

Bake for around 15-17 minutes , Or until the cookies are lightly golden. If you're like me you will want to eat your cookies right away but I would suggest leaving them to cool for about 5 minutes.
